1. Chankanaab Natural Park is not responsible for any accidents that may occur within their installations.

2. Chankanaab Natural Park does not offer accident insurance to their visitors.

3. Chankanaab Natural Park is not responsible for any theft that may occur within their installations.

4. Chankanaab Natural Park is not responsible for services provided by operators within the park: Dolphin Discovery, Restaurants, Snorkel and Dive Shops, Snuba & Sea Trek, Handcraft Stores or Travel Agencies.

5. Chankanaab Natural Park will only give refunds under the following cases:

• Due to weather conditions and only if you where not notified.
• For an involuntary accident within the first 15 minutes of your entrance.

6. Chankanaab Natural Park operations are from Monday through Sunday from 7 A.M. to 5 P.M.

8. Mascots and animals are not allowed entry to Chankanaab Natural Park.

9. The following is not allowed inside Chankanaab Natural Park:

• Food and beverages
  
• Diving gloves
  
• Knifes
  
• Regular tan or block lotions
  
• Sound systems without headphones
  
• Metal detectors
  
• Fishing articles
  
• Motorized water vehicles

10. Solicitation, nudism and any form of propaganda are forbidden in Chankanaab Natural Park.

11. People under the influence of alcohol will be refused entry to Chankanaab Natural Park.

12. Vandalism, drug consumption or dealing, theft or personal fights will not be tolerated at Chankanaab Natural Park. Anyone performing any of these acts will be handed to the proper authorities.
