¿WHAT KIND OF SUN BLOCK IS ALLOWED IN THE NATURAL PARKS?
We recommend using a 100% biodegradable (chemical free) sun block or sun screen.
HOW CAN I GET TO THE PARKS?
The easiest way to get there is by taking a taxi. You will find the taxi rates posted at your hotel or arrival pier. If you are driving please go to the “location” section in our web page to get specific directions.

It includes the use of lounge chairs, hammocks, showers, dressing rooms, dolphin and manatee exhibitions, ecoarchaeological route, visits to the crocodile farm, the Mayan hut, Chankanaab lagoon and botanical garden.

WHAT ARE SOME HELPFUL TIPS FOR A VISIT TO SAN GERVASIO RUINS?
Wear comfortable shoes.
Bring mosquito repellent.
Use sun block.
Wear a hat or cap.
¿WILL I GET A REFUND IF THERE IS BAD WEATHER?
Once you have bought your ticket, there is no refund in case of bad weather.
CAN I BRING MY OWN SNORKEL EQUIPMENT?
Absolutely! And you can also rent one at the dive shops located in our park.
